Patient Participation Group

The practice has a Patient Participation Group that all patients registered with Auckland Surgery are welcome to join.

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is your chance to contribute to the continuous improvement of the services we offer. It is a forum for patients to suggest positive ideas and voice concerns. A way to provide the patients perspective on all aspects of the surgery and the services we offer.

It is also a way for the practice to inform patients on new proposals within the NHS and changes within the practice.

We aim to meet at least three times a year. However, we understand that not everyone is able to attend meetings, so why not give us your views by being a virtual member of our PPG? You can give your views and respond to patient surveys via email.

If you would like to be a member of Auckland Surgery Patient Participation Group complete our Patient Participation Group Registration form.

This is your chance to have your say about your practice.
