Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed Patient Care 24, based at Croydon University Hospital offers patients registered with the practice a GP service. For urgent advice and treatment phone them on 020 8401 3637. Calls will be recorded

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please let us know as soon as possible.

Home Visits
We ask that you call before 10.00am when requesting a visit. You will be asked the reason for the visit so the doctor can gauge the urgency of the request.  Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor. Please only ask the doctor to call if you are housebound or genuinely too ill to come to the surgery.
