We are please to say that Nurse Albert will be returning to work from w/c 5th December.  We will be holding appointment ONLY blood test clinics on his return. Please contact the surgery for more details or to make an appointment. Or patients can still attend the phlebotomy clinic at Croydon University Hospital which operates a walk in clinic 7am  - 4.45pm Monday - Friday and with late opening till 6.45pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

 Extended Hours Appointments

We offer extended hours on Wednesday mornings 7.30 - 8.00am and Saturdays 8.30 - 10.30am. These surgeries are by appointment only and we are not able to deal with emergencies at this time. If you do need urgent care please phone NHS 111, or 999 in a medical emergency. For more information on where you can get help when we are closed please click on the opening hours tab above.

Online Access

We are very pleased to now be able to offer patients the convenience of booking GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions online.  Once registered you will also be able to access your medical record which will include test results, consultations and your immunisation history. Please ask at reception for details.

Flu Clinics

If you are aged 65 or over, or if you are younger than this but have diabetes, chronic heart or chest disease, asthma, if you are pregnant or have an increased risk of infection for another reason, we recommend that you have a vaccination to prevent flu.  For more information see the NHS Choices website -

We have set up clinics for adult flu vaccination. Appointments can be booked by calling the surgery and our Receptionists will be pleased to tell you the days of our clinics and book you an appointment.
